Magnitudo Recovery is about 250 square meters, with a large lounge equipped with wi-fi, sofas and armchairs for relaxing, a room dedicated to cryotherapy for the whole body that has the most innovative and safest cryo cabin in the world, made by the Finnish Cryotech Nordic (we are the only ones in Italy to have it and it is an XL model which can accommodate tall athletes and important size people). It also has a room for massages and other hand therapies, two Recovery Pump machines for legs and body and Complex wireless electro stimulators.

We have invested in the Recovery Zone because we know that the future trend is to dedicate 60% of the gym space to training and 40% to recovery.

Recovery (both active - with special workouts - and passive - manual or machine treatments) is "the other side of the training medal" and is the new frontier of elite training. For a long time, neuro-muscular recovery has been ignored, underestimated or misinterpreted to the point that there used to be ranks of injured athletes that were over-trained, underperforming or, worse, suffering from chronic pain.
The new mantra of high-level preparation is "Athletic Longevity" which is the ability to perform with continuity over the years and limit injuries to the inevitable and accidental risk factor in all sports.

If the body is the working tool of a professional sportsman, we have to take very good care if it, because a "broken" professional hardly finds work and an aspiring pro athlete, who can't manage his body well, will have little athletic longevity and, therefore, professional.
The goal of high-level preparation is no longer just to train people or athletes with excellence, but to also make them better, healthier, and regenerated on a physical and mental level.
